  In a nutshell - the food was superb; the organization was superb. We discussed the details of our weekend house-warming party with Debbie (90 guests all told), established the menu, agreed timings, accepted her quote which was provided within 48 hours, and left it to her. We were impressed for many reasons apart from the delicious food! Debbie and a member of staff came round just before the party to tweak final details of kitchen, equipment, house and garden layout, and made some useful suggestions. Debbie provided all crockery, cutlery, equipment, and staff. The team arrived punctually, set everything up, worked, served and cleared up with no fuss – calmly, quietly, unobtrusively. The staff were all polite, helpful, anticipated our and guest needs, and were just hugely efficient. Our party started on Saturday – Debbie and team served tea and cake at 1700h, Pimms at 1800h and supper at 1915h. On Sunday they served lunch at 1330h. They had the dishwasher on the go fulltime (including the glasses we had hired ourselves) and left our kitchen immaculate on both days. Debbie and team inspired our total confidence; the best thing was that we were able to spend our time with our guests – who were all full of praise for the catering and the caterers. (By the way – we had been let down by another, well-established local caterer 10 days before our party. We were extremely fortunate that Debbie was able to step in at this short notice and could hardly believe our luck!)
